Hunting Talibanby Alexander Maslak
When Special Forces Soldiers first landed in Afghanistan to link up with the Northern Alliance to put down the Taliban they arrived prior to adequate military transport. Using their typical resourcefulness they used what were available - horses. The solution was an excellent choice even though on occasion the horses refused to move under fire. In order to blend in with their allies the soldiers dressed like the indigenous forces on the ground. Their effort was a spectacular success.
Special Forces spearheaded the effort against the enemy and in record time had the Taliban on the run. This print is dedicated to Special Forces training, courage, and initiative the world over. Day in and day out Special Forces lead the way in all situations and risk their lives to live up to their motto?De Oppresso Liber!
Our Special Operations soldiers continue to fight for freedom in Afghanistan and Iraq and it is a privilege to document their heroic efforts through art.

The United States Navy led the war against the Japanese Empire with a new way to project combat power through the air--the aircraft carrier! Here the USS Enterprise is shown in action during the battle of the Santa Cruiz Islands. This painting was inspired by the service of my father LCDR James F. Donnelly who fought on the USS Enterprise during many of the key campaigns of WWII including this one. The drama and action depicted in the print is compelling and realistic. It should inspire pride and thanks for a job well done for all hands who served on any of the ?Big E?s? in our Navy?s history. Our carrier forces continue to serve and project combat power far from our homeland as evidenced by Gulf War II.

Hunting Al Qaedaby Ekaterina Nikiporenko
M&M Art Ltd. is proud to offer Hunting Al Qaeda as the second in the series of paintings honoring those who wear the Trident. Hunting Al Qaeda is a museum quality, limited-edition print to be sold for the Naval Special Warfare Foundation. Naval Special Warfare Foundation is a 501(c) non profit organization. The mission of the Foundation is to provide educational and motivational support, promote health and welfare programs for the Naval Special Warfare Community, and perpetuate the history and heritage of U.S. Naval Commandos. Hunting Al Qaeda is a documentation of the heroic action of SEALs in the war against terrorism.
The on scene SEAL, Task Force Commander applauds this painting as a realistic portrayal of ?mission success? on a recent operation by SEALs.
Hunting Al Qaeda represents a new era for Naval Special Warfare and the U.S. Navy SEALs. Created in WWII to cross the beaches of Normandy and the Pacific Islands, Frogmen ventured into the hinterlands of Korea and, as SEALs, penetrated the jungles of Vietnam successfully documenting capabilities in an extended maritime environment. In Afghanistan, SEALs confirmed that the skills that ensured victory on the beachheads of past wars are equally effective on the today?s battlefield against terrorism. In the hot, dusty deserts of Iraq and the snow-covered mountains of Afghanistan, four hundred miles away from the shoreline, SEALs are the force of choice for special reconnaissance and direct action missions. They seek out the enemy in today?s complex environment of modern warfare. This painting depicts SEALs after seizing a large cache of weapons, ordnance, and command & control equipment in Afghanistan.

Rock Portageby Ekaterina Nikiporenko
M&M ART Ltd. is proud to introduce another entry from the Special Operations Community -- Navy SEALS. As a part of its heritage program, the Naval Special Warfare Foundation (NSWF) has established an enterprise arrangement to produce a series of historical paintings that illustrate unique events surrounding the history of the U.S. Naval Commando. M&M Art Ltd. has been commissioned to execute an original painting and to offer prints of the painting to raise money for this very special museum.
Today?s Naval Commandos are U.S. Navy SEALs and their supporting Special Boat Units manned by Special Warfare Combatant Crewmen (SWCC). Other special warfare organizations rooted in the history of the U.S. Naval Commando include Naval Combat Demolition Units, Amphibious Scouts and Raiders, Underwater Demolition Teams, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) Maritime Unit, Beach Jumper Units, and the unique Navy Helicopter Attack Light (HAL) Squadrons.
?Rock Portage,? is the first in a series of museum quality, limited-edition prints to be sold. Its focused subject serves as a tribute to the determined men of NSWF that have faced the daunting challenge of ?Hell Week,? which was first established at Fort Pierce, FL at the Naval Combat Demolition Unit training school, and continues today as a part of Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training in San Diego, CA.
All who have completed UDT and SEAL training carry the memories, challenges, and pain of ?Hell Week? with them for a lifetime. Like their predecessors, every BUD/S trainee is pushed to the limit, deprived of sleep, battered by the elements, and faced with a series of seemingly impossible physical tasks.
During ?Rock Portage? BUD/S trainees challenge individual skills and teamwork as they struggle to successfully negotiate surf, rocks, pain, and darkness to get their inflatable boat safely ashore. This experience has been skillfully frozen in time by Ekatrina Nikiporenko, who has brilliantly captured the image of ?Rock Portage,? which remains one of the most challenging evolutions encountered during ?Hell Week.?
All paintings in the NSWF Foundation collection will be part of a limited edition series. Priority to acquire these museum quality prints will be initially reserved for members of the UDT-SEAL Association. Only 1,000 prints will be made available for personal or corporate acquisition. This includes 900 regular prints individually signed and numbered that will sell for $150.00 plus shipping and handling, and 50 Artist?s Proof and 50 Printer?s Proof prints that will be sold for $200.00 plus shipping and handling.

Son Tay Raid Blue Boy Elementby Mikhail Nikiporenko
WE HAVE TWENTY PRINTS SIGNED BY THE RAIDERS AT AN EXTRA COST OF ONLY 50 DOLLARS MORE. ACT QUICKLY TO GET ONE! The extra money accures to the museum!
?The Son Tay Raid, Blue Boy Element?, is a tribute to one of the most daring military exploits ever executed by American soldiers. The soldiers that conducted the raid were the famed United States Army?s Green Berets. They conducted the operation in such a flawless fashion that it has become the model that is still taught by the senior tactical schools in most Armies around the world. These seemingly fearless soldiers did not have to participate in the raid. From the legendary Colonel ?Bull? Simmons to the most junior sergeant they voluntarily put their life on the line against incredible odds in order to rescue fellow soldiers, sailors, Marines, and Airman from the Son Tay prison compound. Mikhail Nikiporenko was flown from St. Petersburg, Russia to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to capture the dramatic moment seconds after the assault group in the H-3 helicopter known as Blue Boy crash landed in the compound. Mr. Nikiporenko?s painting is a masterpiece of art. His utilization of reflected light and shadows mark ?The Raid? as one of the most poignant and collectable pieces of military art ever painted. Unframed prints can be purchased for only $165.00 including shipping and handling. Framed prints can be purchased for only $315.00 plus shipping and handling. Frames are real of real cherry wood. Special Forces Battle Tanks at Lang Veiby Mikhail Nikiporenko
?Special Forces Battle Tanks at Lang Vei? recreates the historical night battle at Lang Vei where the enemy forces used tanks against American Infantry for the first time in the Viet Nam War. Special Forces A Team 101 from the 5th Special Forces Group occupied a key piece of terrain near the heavily defended Marine Corps Base at Khe Sahn. Shortly after midnight on February 7, 1968, two enemy divisions launched an attack against the Special Forces camp with overwhelming numbers of infantry spearheaded by eleven Soviet made PT 76 tanks. After a valiant defense that destroyed several enemy tanks and killed many enemy infantry troops, the camp was overrun. Most of the still defiant Green Beret defenders were forced to take cover in the main command bunker in the compound. In spite of enemy tear gas and fragmentation grenades dropped down the air shaft the Americans refused to come out. Next, came repeated attempts to blast their way into the compound but the enemy could not get at the defenders inside. Mikhail Nikiporenko has vividly portrayed the scene just seconds before one of the surviving tanks was put on the roof to crash it in. Even though the tank broke through the roof the defenders were shielded by the collapsed roof. The scene portrays the wounding of Medal of Honor winner, SFC Eugene Ashly Jr., who was mortally wounded while leading a sixth straight assault on the North Vietnamese soldiers in order to rescue the pinned down defenders. Prints may be purchased for only $165.00 including shipping and handling. Framed prints are only $315.00 plus shipping and handling. Frames are of real cherry wood. Each framed print is double matted and only acid free material is used.

DISCOM In The Fieldby Ekaterina Nikiporenko
Napoleon said, An Army travels on its stomach. The United States Army of the 21st Century represents the most capable fighting force the world has ever seen. Because of its modern weaponry and state of the art training and equipment, it must rely more than ever on soldiers that serve to fuel, arm, maintain, and heal the combat brigades that comprise our modern divisions. These dedicated logisticians at the division level are known as the Division Support Command. These forces have to be highly trained and battle ready. Todays logisticians have mastered the most sophisticated techniques ever employed to ensure that nothing fails due to logistics.
DISCOM soldiers are often the first deployed and are always very close to the Forward Edge of the Battle Area. These soldiers have to be entirely capable of defending themselves in combat situations. They carry many of the weapons used by combat arms soldiers, and when deployed, they are quite capable of self defense operations. They are charged with the conduct of the fight known as Rear Battle, and they must defend themselves against insertions by the enemy attempting to destroy the Divisions lines of communications until additional combat forces can be brought to bear.
Ekaterina Nikiporenko has created an oil masterpiece from which 1000 museum quality limited edition signed and numbered prints have been made to honor the Armys dedicated logisticians. These Combat Service Support soldiers are depicted in a field environment. They are capable of re-supply by air assets, ground assets, and the use of pre-positioned supplies in hidden caches, while conducting self defense operations in any environment. These dedicated Quartermaster, Ordinance, Transportation, and Medical Corps units are the ones that make it possible for the Combat units to successfully carry out their missions.
There are 50 Artist Poof Prints at $200.00, 50 Printers Proof Prints at $200.00 and 900 regular prints at only $165.00. Framed prints are available upon request. Prints may be shipped anywhere in the United States for only $15.00. That covers, a storage tube, shipping, handling, and insurance.

Enduring Freedomby Ekaterina Nikiporenko
Ekaterina Nikiporenko has created another magnificent painting that honors the actions of United States soldiers fighting in Afghanistan to destroy the forces that cowardly attacked the United States on September 11, 2001. Enduring Freedom was painted to honor the tremendous logistical effort that had to be accomplished before the combat forces could finish their work against the Taliban and Al Qaeda forces in the remote mountainous regions of some of the harshest environments in the world. Arguably the workhorse of that effort can be attributed to the dedicated crews and airframe known as the Chinook. In addition to the sterling quality of the venerable Chinook, logistical forces were faced with severe challenges in making their various means of communications operate successfully in extreme mountainous terrain. Vehicles were also stretched to the breaking point and at times it was if the forces were being supplied by men of steel and equipment of iron. At home it appeared that the USAF was doing all of the heavy lifting in the fight against the Taliban, but in reality, ground forces were absolutely needed in order to ferret out the enemy in fortified caves that ranged from massive proportions to almost glorified spider holes from a previous war in SE Asia. The challenges facing the fighting forces were only multiplied when applied to the massive logistical effort necessary to sustain the fight in such arduous conditions. We are proud of our warrior class and equally proud of our dedicated logisticians that refused to allow conditions or the environment to prevent them from completing their re-supply missions in a country that had brought another super power to its knees just some twenty years before. Simply by looking at the print one can appreciate just how much ability our fighting men and women have to project power in any theater, any climate, or any terrain.
There are 50 Artist Poof Prints at $200.00, 50 Printers Proof Prints at $200.00 and 900 regular prints at only $150.00. Framed prints are available upon request.
