Hunting Al Qaeda is a documentation of the heroic action of SEALs in the war against terrorism.

Hunting Al Qaeda represents a new era for Naval Special Warfare and the U.S. Navy SEALs. Created in WWII to cross the beaches of Normandy and the Pacific Islands, Frogmen ventured into the hinterlands of Korea and, as SEALs, penetrated the jungles of Vietnam successfully documenting capabilities in an extended maritime environment. In Afghanistan, SEALs confirmed that the skills that ensured victory on the beachheads of past wars are equally effective on the today?s battlefield against terrorism. In the hot, dusty deserts of Iraq and the snow-covered mountains of Afghanistan, four hundred miles away from the shoreline, SEALs are the force of choice for special reconnaissance and direct action missions. They seek out the enemy in today?s complex environment of modern warfare. This painting depicts SEALs after seizing a large cache of weapons, ordnance, and command & control equipment in Afghanistan.

Purchase of each regular print automatically contributes $90.00 to the NSWF Foundation. Purchase of an Artist or Printer?s proof automatically contributes $100 to the NSWF Foundation.
